The A2Dominion Group is a group of registered providers and provides over 34,000 homes across London, central and southern England with thousands in development. It offers a wide range of housing options, including affordable rented, temporary, student, care and support accommodation and services, key worker accommodation, and market rent as well as homes for sale and shared ownership through its A2Dominion New Homes brand. A2D Homes Limited and A2D South Limited are the main asset holding subsidiaries of A2Domion Group Limited. A2D Housing Options Limited and Kingsbridge Residential Limited also own some of A2D's properties.

North East Procurement (NEP) has procured a framework agreement for the provision of planned maintenance and investment works to social housing properties. The members of NEP have established a 4-year non-binding framework agreement for the provision of property repairs and maintenance.

Contract(s) for up to 3 years to supply cyclical redecoration services for the Groups properties across the country (England only) with the right to extend for a further 4 years. Contracts are split in to 7 regional lots. Contract(s) are for redecoration of external areas, internal communal areas, limited humber of homes and basic repairs required in order to complete decoration.

Milton Keynes Council wishes to set up a framework agreement for the provision of planned maintenance and improvement works to buildings within the Borough of Milton Keynes. It is envisaged that various works will be covered as defined in the lots below:

Sanctuary Group is the largest Registered Social Landlord in the country and manages over 79 000 homes throughout the United Kingdom. These properties include general rented, sheltered and supported accomodation and student and key worker accomodation (but not limited to). Sanctuary is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for the undertaking of the Cyclical Decoration and Pre-Decoration repairs (potentially including planned maintenance works for all types of Sanctuary properties).

Services comprise the cyclical external and selected internal redecoration of domestic / residential housing stock owned or managed by Progress Housing Group covering some 6000Nr properties / units located in the North West of England and a further 1000Nr properties / units located Nationwide ranging from Scotland to Cornwall. The properties / units cover general needs, sheltered housing, care and supported housing and extra care housing schemes. Property construction, size and type vary significantly including detached properties, blocks of flats, small terrace properties and large care schemes. The location of such properties to be covered under this contract are listed under II.1.2 of this notice. The services will comprise the preparation, pre-paint repairs and redecoration of all previously coated external surfaces and internal surfaces of communal areas of care and supported housing / extra care schemes. The Contract will also include a partnering arrangement with a selected paint manufacturer.

A Low Value Construction Framework for Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council, for general building works.

This tender is issued in connection with a competitive procurement process, which is conducted in accordance with the Open Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2011.

The basic principle of this measured term contract framework agreement is based on a comprehensive pre-priced schedule of rates (NSR / PSA) for elements of work, within the 4 service areas of mechanical, electrical, building and painting/decorating services, to enable a specification for works to be prepared and subsequently carried out to an agreed industry standard and supported by a standard form of contracts’ e.g. JCT, ECC form of contract (previously the NEC) GC/Works/7 contracts may be awarded via formal mini-competitions under the framework agreement for at least two/three years, with extension periods if required, conducted by the Client, often in conjunction with a quantity surveyor.
