The provider must be able to deliver all DID, OSAP and LIAP programme requirements. The overall aim of the interventions is to deliver these Accredited Programmes in the community in order to ensure that this sentencing option is available to all sentencers, and to reduce re-offending. Single providers or a consortium of providers are invited to tender for this service. For a consortium it will be required to nominate a lead partner with whom the Trust can liaise as a single point of contact, or to form themselves into a single entity before contract award.
